On Thursday, 2nd of June 2022 I have attended the event Salesforce Live München, I must confess that I always get a bit septic about the matter of these type of events, it is never clear how the language will be, it can come in a wave of business jargons or simply jump into a very technical words that makes everyone not interested, even though I try to keep my judgmental side apart, I have to share that it was surprisingly good and very well balance, it is always a pleasure to talk to business people that may drill-down in technical aspects, it shows the level of knowledge over the product and the portfolio chain, I got so excited that I even a LinkedIn Post out of it.
A great opportunity to see how companies are using new tools and features offered by Salesforce in order to improve their customer journey and create scalable sales solutions across different digital channels. I was very impressed by the business cases from Mercedes-Benz AG and Sky, both companies use the Marketing Cloud and invest data-driven in their individual, personalised customer communication and thus create 1:1 communication with Interaction Studio, a sophisticated solution for real-time personalisation and interaction analysis, which enables relevant, contextual messages to be played out across multiple channels:

Sales Cadences | Work Queues |
The cadences are sequences of sales activities, step-by-step is possible to configure what the Sales people will be doing in each-step of a process. The Cadence may be configured via drag and drop process. It can be assigned to a salesforce user that has HVS Sales (via Flow Action or even a native LWC for the Company or Contact page) | With the work queue the team can control the daily activities, it shows in a segmented way the Lead or Contact related to the type of cadence. The cadence is a custom list view that can easily be added on Salesforce force Gmail (sidebar panel), allowing to track the daily activities string from the mailbox |
