This is a simple flow component developed by myself that allows Admins to add countdown on any screen flow, such as Case or any other object that might be related to service-level agreement (SLA).

The aura component provides a clock/countdown for screens flows, functionalities:

  • It may be added from screen flows via (drag and drop component).
  • Input any date-time variable, so the countdown will be linked to this date.
  • It is possible to define a text message once the countdown is over.
  • It is possible to set the color of the text for the countdown clock (rgb or hex).
  • It is possible to set the footer background color (rgb or hex).
